Shed Dog Training

Shed hunting is a sport we consider to be cheap and fun for the whole family.  No firearm required, no ammo and no age restriction!  AND... its a 'job' your pup will love learning and doing.

In our shed training programs dogs will learn how much fun it is to retrieve a shed.  This program is all about fun and excitement for the dog.  If you're interested in Shed Dog training, you have a few options.... recreational shed hunting, competitive shed hunting or a blend of both.

1. Recreation shed hunting - Going on leisure hikes and hunting trips with your dog to hunt for wild sheds.

​

2. Competitive shed hunting trials - UKC Elite Shed Dog events or NASHDA - Your dog will learn how to step on the gas and retrieve as fast as they can.  

​

3. Both - This is the middle training grounds.  We balance speed and stamina to go for hours without loosing the desire to hunt.  Contact us for avalibility.
