6p Intermediate/Therapy Dog Readiness

Ready to take your pup's obedience to the next level? After completing Basic Obedience, join us for Intermediate Obedience / Therapy Dog Readiness class to work on sharpening up those skills such as heel, sit, down/lay, stay, here/come, place, etc. Working outside and inside in a higher distraction environment with the goal of working off leash. The Therapy Dog readiness will practice all the test items on a Therapy Dog test. We have all the testing tools and items. We work with dogs and owners so they are prepared to pass a Therapy Dog test and hit the streets making people feel good. THERAPY DOG TESTING NOT INCLUDED in this class. One of our 6' leashes included (6' leash need for the test). Class runs for 8 weeks, 1 night per week for 1 hour. At the conclusion of week 8 the AKC Advanced Canine Good Citizen and/or AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen test may be administered.
